Style Request: Scandinavian Journal of Medicine & Science in Sports
Hello everyone,
I would like to show my appreciation in advance for all zotero contributors who eagerly and volunteerly attend every call for help.
I would like to request a style for the Journal:
Scandinavian Journal of Medicine & Science in Sports
ISSN:
0905-7188 (Print)
1600-0838 (Electronic)
0905-7188 (Linking)
Campbell JL, Pedersen OK. The varieties of capitalism and hybrid success. Comp Polit Stud 2007: 40: 307–332.
Soskice D. Varieties of capitalism: The institutional foundations of comparative advantage. New York, NY: Oxford University Press, 2001: 184–213.
I was able to only find one book example so,=, I am unsure where should the editor should be located and how correct it is, even tough, the "instruction for authors" mentions to be important to include editors. It is extremely rare in this journal to see a book citation. I also did not use any book, so I am not that worried about this.
There is no need for bold or italics.
Here's a link to an online example: http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/sms.12638/epdf
The only book example I found was not a free article, but, if you guys need it, I can e-mail it.

Again, thanks in advance.

Hi,
would you be able to post the book citation you mentioned here?
I have started to create the style, but won't make a pull request for it until I get at least the book sorted out, too. Very little documentation on this one.

Thank very, very much for your attention.
Yes, it's a really complicated style. Here's the book citation I mentioned:
---
Merletti R, Parker P. Electromyography: physiology, engineering, and noninvasive applications. Hoboken, NJ: IEEE/John Wiley & Sons, 2004: 233–253.
___
Do you need more examples? Until now, I basically found only book example, but if you wish I could a new search...
I basically found only ONE book example, but if you wish I could a new search...
Thank you.
I've found one myself now and they do it differently:
Bradburn NM. The structure of physiological well-being. Chicago, IL: Aldine, 1969.
In this paper there is a few: http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/j.1600-0838.2010.01192.x/full
No mention of page numbers. Whole books usually don't have any page numbering or only the number-of-pages.
I've made the pull request now and it should be up within a few days usually.
You guys are great! A lot of people will be thankful; The Scandinavian Journal is quite requested.
I am really grateful.
