Report No. 590037057 - Will Not Sync
I've made changes to a shared, public library in the standalone version and the changes/additions will not sync with the web platform or for others using the library. Others using the database have made additions on the standalone that I am not able to see. I've been syncing this database for years without issue and this problem only recently came to my attention - thus, I'm not sure how long we've had this problem. I have the most up to date version of Zotero and have not been experiencing any problems with my online connection. I have tried restarting the program, but this did not fix the issue. Please advise. Thank you.

psehealthyenergyThank you, but as I mentioned in the report there was no problem with the internet connection. I've tried from at least 3 locations with working internet connections and it still hasn't synced.

adamsmith"working internet connection" and an incorrectly specified proxy/firewall aren't mutually exclusive. Are you positive that the connections through which you tried this don't route internet traffic through a proxy and/or that you don't have something configured on the computer you're trying to sync?

psehealthyenergyDoubtful, since I've been using the same computer and the same 3 internet connections for years and have synced without issue. I haven't changed any configurations on my computer, but is there anything in particular I should look for and/or change? Thanks.
