Does not save PDF

I am trying to add a journal article to my library via the address bar button in firefox 3.07 portable. Zotero saves the snapshot, but not the PDF. Interestingly it will save the PDF with the snapshot on my home firefox browser. I am logged into the website of the journal and I have access to the PDF. Does anyone know why this is?

    Check to make sure the URL is the same (no proxies, etc.) & that the preference "Automatically attach associated PDFs and other files when saving items" is checked on both machines.
