Upgrade Storage> and & in titles

When importing my Firefox bookmarks to Zotero, some titles contain the ">" or "&" character. Those are saved as ">" and "&", respectively, in the bookmarks.html file, which I export from Firefox. They don't get converted back to ">" and "&" by the Zotero importer.
