Importing existing zotero database

Having changed computers, I have installed zotero in the new one, but seem unable to import my database, now copied in my new PC.

I have successfully migrated my zotero database across many computers. Did you follow all these steps? https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/transferring_a_library
And what operating system and zotero application are you using?
