Difficulty saving multiple citations to Zotero using Chrome extension

When I do a search in Ebscohost and save multiple items to my Zotero, using the Chrome extension, not all of the citations were saved in the file. For example. with 50 citations to a page, only 43 were saved in Zotero.

    What's the URL, exactly as you see it?
    Which databases what search? The simpler you can make it to replicate, the more likely we'll be able to fix.

    I'm searching within my University's Library website, so I hope this works. I'm using Ebscohost to search within the Journal of Marital and Family Therapy. Within that journal I'm searching for peer reviewed articles containing "Sexual" since the year 2000. Below is the actual URL for the search I'm doing.

    Thanks for your help, I'd love any help you can give me because the project I'm working on requires that I get ALL of the citations. I think this is a great program, but if it can't do what I need then I might have to use another program.

    this looks like it's working for me. Could you
    a) let me know what it says when you hover over the Save to Zotero icon (it'll say "Save to Zotero" followed by something in parentheses; that's the important part).
    b) how many search results and what the first and last result on the first page are to make sure I'm looking at the exact same search

    Okay, first, Let me mention that after I get to that URL, I am changing the page options to show 50 citations per page.

    a) When I hover over the icon it says "Save to Zotero (EBSCOhost).

    b) After I have expanded the page to display 50 citations, the first citation is
    "Adult Sexual outcomes of child sexual abuse vary according to relationship status."

    The final citation on the page is:
    "Toward Mutual Support: A task analysis of the relational justice approach to infidelity."

    Thanks again for helping out with this. I just tested it again. After I download the files into Zotero, I merge the duplicate files in the folder, and in the end there are only 41 of the 50 citations saved. I have tried this on multiple computers and it seems like it's always the case that a few don't save. Even when I do other searches in other journals on the same database.
