Hello,

I'm setting up my new computer (moving from windows XP to Vista, if that matters.) I have multiple firefox profiles in order to maintain three separate zotero libraries: mine and two professors' for whom I do research assistant work. This system has worked beautifully, but now I can't figure out how to move these profiles and their associated zotero libraries to my new machine.

I installed firefox and zotero on the new computer and set my preferences to allow me to view hidden files in the explorer. I thought it should be as simple as copying the zotero folders from the old machine and moving them to the correct new profiles on the new one, but while the zotero file itself moves, zotero still appears empty when I open firefox using that profile. I've also tried moving the entire profile, not just the zotero portion, but I don't think I did this correctly either, because they are not showing up in the profile manager.

I'm still in early stages of setting up the new computer, so I am totally willing to uninstall firefox and start over. I'm an experienced zotero user, but a Vista novice. Can you help me?
