Retrieve Metadata for PDF

Sorry if I'm missing something, but the highlights of beta 1.5 indicate that with a PDF file, you can "Right click on them and select 'Retrieve Metadata for PDF.'"

However, when I right click on the PDF files in my Zotero library, the only options I have are:
Show in Library
Delete Selected Item from Library...
Export Selected Item...
Create Bibliography from Selected Item...
Generate Report from Selected Item...

Is there something I'm doing incorrectly?

the pdf needs to be an indpendent Item and not already part of a Zotero entry - to achieve that use drag&drop.

For me to get it to work, I had to enable an option in the actions -> preferences menu. I can't remember what it was though.

Try Preferences - Search - then install the PDF indexing items. After that, I did get the Retrieve Metadata. Btw, it only retrieves data for a limited portion of my pdfs.
