Firefox auto updated on 1/12/2016 and referencing not working

All entry of my PhD thesis is changed this morning. I reinstalled 49.0.1 , Zotero for Firefox, Zotero Standalone and plugin for Word but nothing is changed. The entry looks like...huge code. Please help me and suggest solution
