    First check your database integrity from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences.

    If that passes, try temporarily disabling your other Firefox extensions to see if something is interfering.

    If it's still failing after that, generate a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for the search attempt and we'll take a look.
