Billing issues

Is anyone else having billing problems renewing Zotero storage? My credit card has been billed $20 each month since I renewed a few months ago. I am not sure who handles this.

This is a good place to start, but you should also email storage@zotero.org with details if you haven't already. I've not heard of anyone else with this issue.
