error 1692826192

Hi, please help with this error
  • You need to describe what kind of problem you're experiencing.
  • Ok, sorry. I have been using Zotero in the whole document of 70 pages. Now I want to do the list of bibliography, but it says following: level mismatch error: wantedbib_first but found undefined.
I have reinstalled Zotero Standalone several times.
    Thanks for help.
  • Are you using a custom style?

You could try removing and re-inserting the bibliography field. Or you could try to create a bibliography in a new document, to see if the problem is specific to your current document.
  • Yes, I need to use ISO 690.
There is no bibliography field created, only this error.
I have tried to insert it in a new document it worked, I think it is only in this particular document.
I dont know what to do and I have to submit as soon as possible.
    Thanks for help.
  • It seems that there is a problem only with some citations, some of the work, some of then don't and this error ocurres. I this document I both of them, the ones that work OK and the once that don't so I cannot generate the bibliography, but how do I find out which of them are OK?
    Thanks for help.
  • Yes, I need to use ISO 690.
But it's still an 'official' style from the Zotero Style Repository (http://zotero.org/styles), right? What I meant to ask was whether you used a style you edited yourself.

There are instructions on finding the problematic citations at https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#debugging_broken_documents.
