Upgrade Storagetermtxt is undefined

I am working on windows 7, word 2010 and the last zetoro version. Unexpectedly, while I work very regularly with zotero, I am just expriencing a repeated error "termtxt is undefined". I cannot add anymore ref nor insert the bibliography. It comes along with other errors if I seek to edit a reference (id something I cannot reproduce it now).
Very strange, and so sudden.

adamsmithare you working with a custom style? Or in a language other than English?

everdeilI am writing in English but with a French machine. This part of the text is defined as English. The style is based on Harvard Reference but modified.

adamsmithwe'd want to see a copy of the citation style for a start

everdeilwell indeed this style doesn't want to produce bibliography anymore. But once I have changed it it works well. I had already used it once, that's why I didn't think it could be the pb.
