Error ID 1338490291 "out of memory"
Hello, I just purchased unlimited storage but when I go to sync my library (for the first time) it reports Error ID 1338490291 "out of memory." How do I override this and launch the sync? Thanks for your help.
You can try closing down all other programs and syncing again or you can either install now or wait for the final release of the 5.0 version (currently in beta) of Zotero, which handles syncs with less stress on your local RAM.

Unfortunately, I run a different account through Firefox and therefore can't use the Beta to try to bypass the error message.
FWIW, I believe my database is about 20gigs. I have 16 gigs of installed RAM, running Windows 10 64-bit.
Are there any alternatives to waiting for the 5.0 final release?
1) The thread about the 5.0 Beta says "The beta is currently available for Firefox only", hence my assumption that I cannot get it to work with the account generating the error (Account A) , which is linked to Zotero Standalone only. My Firefox Zotero is currently linked to a different--much smaller--account/database (Account B), which is not having issues and with which I do not want to interfere.
2) There's no way for me to access my library online to see how many items I have in my library, since I have yet to successfully sync it with your server. My online library is empty because the sync has failed every time I've tried it.
Please advise. Thank you.

Sorry, I thought you were trying to sync items down. If you have them locally, see https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/item_count
Note that you'd have to add up the numbers for your library and any group you may belong to.
