Implementing notes in the bibliography

Hi all, and sorry if I am repeating other people's questions due to my lack of search techniques. Here it goes:

I want to sell parts of my library online and then need to make comments about things like condition, size, number of pages and a general note about the books. I would like to be able to use the note feature or other features in such a way, that when I make a bibliography, these data will be on it and at the right place (ideally - it could be at the end).

Thank you, adamsmith, I do think it wil work with the chicago annotated (the word I was missing in my searches :-) )

I have a follow up on this message. Is it somehow possible to make the tags work as an annotation? So instead of writing let's say "In fine condition" many times, I just make a tag which then suggest itself every time I need that sentence.

No, sorry. There is no way to pass tags to the citation processor to include in a bibliography.
