et al editing

Still I could not follow the reference style of the Journal of infection in developing countries by Zotero.
How can I do this ? I have to put all authors name instead of et al.
Should I reinstall zotero ? but I failed to uninstall it too.
Please send me your suggestions.
  • The CSL style would need to be edited to remove the use of "et al."

The author instructions don't seem to say what to do either way, though they do mention Zotero by name, so I'm a little surprised that this is the first time I've seen it come up...Do you have explicit instructions from the journal's editorial office for this requirement?
  • (I looked at the journal. It doesn't seem to use et al. -- certainly not for >6 authors the way we have it now. So I'm inclined to just fix this, but dedicated instructions would indeed be welcome.)
  • Thank you .
When I use zotero, I could not find the editing option to remove et al and put all the authors name. When I copy it brings including et al .
    What to do now?
  • Let me restate noksagt and my question:
.Do you have explicit instructions from the journal's editorial office for this requirement?
or how do you otherwise know that the journal doesn't want you to use et al?
  • I have instructions to keep off et al and put the all authors name.
You can check their example in the instruction page too.
