Problem syncing with standalone version

Hi, one of the members of the group library I'm managing has encountered a problem syncing the standalone version with the web server. She is able to see the group library folder in the standalone version, but a subfolder she created within the group library won't sync with the server. Below is the error message she is receiving. Any help with this would be appreciated - thanks.

  • Start by updating zotero. If regular updates don't work, just reinstall from zotero.org/download
  • Thanks for your reply. How do I update Zotero? I don't see a link anywhere...
  • It should update automatically. I'd just re-install from zotero.org/download (there is a "check for updates" option in the Help menu.
  • Okay, thanks - before we try reinstalling, I want to try updating Zotero (or make sure updates have been happening). I'm not seeing a help menu with a 'check for updates' option - where is the menu located (and is it in the standalone version or on the web)? Thanks.
