DOI copy and paste into the "wand" find window not working

Copy and paste DOIs not working, requiring trying out entire number, am I missing something?

Where are you copying them from? You might be picking up some bad formatting from the source (e.g., an en-dash instead of a hyphen).

From EBSCO search results. Also tried it on different sources (other webpages) and same issue. Thanks!

1) You say that manually typing the DOI into the Magic Wand tool works?

2) Can you paste the DOI into a different program correctly?

or are you just saying copy&paste doesn't work? You need to use keyboard shortcuts (ctrl+v / cmd+v on mac). The right-click menu doesn't work.

(You should import EBSCO search results using the save to Zotero tool, though, for much better import: https://www.zotero.org/support/getting_stuff_into_your_library#web_translators )
