Upgrade StorageZOTERO TOOL BAR DOES NOT APPEAR ON THE WORD ADD-IN
Please, what is the solution to this when zotero tool bar removed from word plugs and tried to install several time but only this message appears
"Installation could not be completed because an error occurred. Please ensure that Microsoft Word is closed, and then restart Firefox."
I followed all the instructions in the but failed. I am using MS word 2007. it was in the system but just automatically removed. I unstalled and upgraded my firefox but all effort prove abortive.

(b) You need to supply more information on your OS, Firefox version and Zotero version
(c) Try pasting "Installation could not be completed because an error occurred. Please ensure that Microsoft Word is closed, and then restart Firefox." into Search field to look through other similar issues.
(d) One guess (from reading through such search results) is that you might have some permissions problem. But there might be other issues.
