Hallo liebe Community,

ich habe das Zotero erfolgreich Installiert und auch das Tools erscheint in Word.

Wenn ich es dann aber benutzten möchte kommt immer der Fehler:

Ich nutzte Word 2013 und Zotero 4.0.29.10 und Windows 8.

Als Anmerkung auf meinem anderen Laptop mit Windows 10 wo das gleiche Zetero installiert ist und Word 2016 ist hat es ohne Probleme funktioniert.

Brauche ich evtl. eine ältere Version von Zotero?

Habe es schon etliche Mal neu Installiert sowohl in Firefox als auch in Word (habe auch die Wordvorlage aus den STARTUP Ordner entfernt).
