Cant see my libraries

Hi all..

I had my libraries in my zotero but i cant see any of them now. In the menu, the only available option is to add new collection. I need to see all the previous collections.

    Sorry, it's not clear what either of you is referring to.

    See Reporting Problems. You need to provide a Report ID and tell us exactly what you see on screen. (You can also take a screenshot, upload it somewhere (e.g., Dropbox), and provide a link here.)

    Sorry, It's difficult to do that on a tablet. I will try it in Firefox. Basically my library is blank. I have references in my desktop standalone but the entire account appears wiped out. I don't check online very often could the account have been removed for non activity

    No, accounts don't get deleted/wiped for inactivity. You likely just don't have it synced with Standalone:
    https://www.zotero.org/support/sync
