Problem synching my Zotero library

I have reported a problem with synching my Zotero library between to computers

Error report number: 2055119183

Can someone please advise.

    Check the file permissions in your Zotero data directory (specifically to the zotero.sqlite file, but probably to everything). This could also be caused by security software on your system interfering with Zotero's ability to access the disk.
