Upgrade StorageWord plugin not displaying in non-US/"unofficial" Word?
Some of my institution's international students have had problems installing the Word plugin. After downloading, the Zotero options do not display in Word.
I've heard this may be because Zotero is sometimes incompatible with non-US or pirate versions of Word or operating systems.
Can anyone confirm whether this is true?
And if this is a possible cause of our students' problems, can anyone provide information about how to diagnose it or how to resolve it?
