It would be great if someone could develop this style - I couldn't find it in the repository or any comments in the forum, but apologies if I missed it. Hopefully I've provided all the needed info below.

    While you wait (which may take some time -- there's a substantial queue) this is effectively a Vancouver variant, so you should be able to get this mostly right by using one of the already existing Vancouver styles.
