Upgrade StorageRefund
I would like to be reimbursed the $60 I paid for 6GB data. I thought this program would batch import all my pdfs I have on file on my computer (all in one large folder that's subsetted according to subject area) but seems that I can only import one at a time. I have 1000's of files. Since the program won't do what I want I would like a refund.

But note: the only fees are associated with file syncing files beyond a certain total size.
Bulk import is possible. Drag and drop multiple PDFs from a file explorer window into the middle pane of Zotero.
You may also retrieve metadata for multiple PDFs. In the middle pane, select the top PDF, hold down shift to select the bottom PDF. Right click and select "Retrieve Metadata for PDFs". Note that you should still do this in batches. Google Scholar and other metadata sources impose limits on the number of queries that can be made.
