Marking library items that I own

I would like to distinguish items that I own from those that I have merely saved for citation in Zotero. My purpose is to have a record of the books I own in my personal library.

What is the best way to do this?

You could tag them as "owned" or put them in a collection.

And if you assign a color to the tag, you can assign them using the number keys on the keyboard and see the tags quickly in the middle pane.

Thanks to both of you! The colored tag will offer me a quick way of seeing the information I need.
