"Add to Zotero" and proxying doesn't work properly on FF 48
Using latest Firefox 48, add to Zotero button doesn't properly detect academic journals websites anymore, so it is not able to retrieve PDF articles and metadata properly.
Proxying also seems to be affected, as it's not working anymore.
Association of PDFs with Adobe Reader when I double-click on them in Zotero doesn't work anymote either.
Any solution to fix that?
Thanks for your help.

For PDF opening, you don't say what happens when you try, but see file handling issues.
We'll need more details in general on all of these issues.

Pubmed doesn't work, ScienceDirect... none is working. But sure, if it's linked to Multiprocess Windows, all should trigger problems. I can only save as web page with or without capture, but not anymore using the "connectors" (I don't know if that's the proper name) that were specific to each website (Cell, Nature, ScienceDirect, Pubmed...) that are not displayed anymore in the "Add to Zotero" drop-down menu.
For opening PDFs, I had to choose an app to open zotero links (firefox asked for it), I choosed Adobe Reader, and I trigger an error message from Adobe Reader saying that an error occurred during file opening, due to file, folder or volume name syntax (that's a translation of what I read in French on my screen). An idea?
Is this planned to support multiprocess windows or do we need to disable it undefinitely?
Thanks for your help.
Do you recall force-enabling this in about:config, or previously opting in to Electrolysis in a Firefox beta? Firefox 48 isn't supposed to enable multi-process support if there are add-ons installed. (In other words, even if browser.tabs.remote.autostart is true, Electrolysis shouldn't be active with add-ons installed unless browser.tabs.remote.force-enable is also enabled. Can you check the state of those prefs?)
