Upgrade StorageTrouble getting started
Hi,
I have windows PC and prefer to use Chrome for a browser. I was able to get the Zotero icon in the top right of chrome and seem to be able to save articles from pubmed.com into the online zotero library, but cannot seem to get the plug-in to microsoft Word to install (I have Word 2010). Attempting to install "Word for Windows Plugin 3.5.5 (Firefox extension)" and getting the message "The file Zotero-WinWord-Plugin-3.5.5 cannot be opened because there are problems with the contents." Details: "Microsoft Office cannot open this file because some parts are missing or invalid"
Any help? Seems like a great program I would love to use

noksagtYou need to install Zotero standalone & install the Word extension from within it.
