Upgrade StorageProblem syncing standalone with online library
Hi,
So Zotero has not been syncing well for me. While syncing it asked me to make a few modifications to some of the study citations (which I did), however it seems to be stuck on one such study (in-spite of my having deleted it from my library). I don't understand why does the error in syncing message still continues repeat itself, when I have already corrected it. My report id is:1015638188

dstillmanYou need to empty the Zotero trash for that library after deleting the item.

anjinimI did do that, but that didn't help. Now I am emptying all my other groups to see if that works. Any other suggestions?

dstillmanIf you've empty the trashes and are still getting the message that a name is too long, that's what it means — you haven't fixed the right item, or there's still another item (e.g., in another library) with that invalid name.

anjinimOkay, hoping the cleaning up of my other groups might help fix that item. Also do you think that could also be the reason why Zotero is functioning very slowly for me, that I have a huge amount of literature in my library?
