Items do not save

I have read all the Known Translator Issues and other stuff, but zotero does not save any items I want it to anymore.
How do I fix this if there seems to be nothing wrong according to the other forum pages??

    The four articles on that link from the post worked fine for me.

    Regarding Jstor, please post links for items that fail.
