Style Request: Business Ethics A European Review
I am currently working on a paper for Business Ethics: A European Review and cannot find the proper style. I would like one created please. Citations must follow the following format:
Citations in text Literature should be cited in the text as in the following examples:
Single author: (Brown 2001)
Two authors: (Smith & Young 2002)
Three or more authors: (Khan et al. 2001)
Author names as part of sentence: Brown (2001: 40) states '...'
Footnotes should not be used for references.
Numbering systems should not be used.
References
These should be gathered together at the end of the main body of the text. Authors' co-operation in complying with the following guidelines would be appreciated:
Books: Sparkes, R. 2002. Socially Responsible Investment: A Global Revolution. Chichester: John Wiley & Sons.
Chapters in Books: Garnett, J. 1998. 'Victorian business ethics.' In C. Cowton & R. Crisp (Eds.), Business Ethics: Perspectives on the Practice of Theory: 117-138. Oxford: Oxford University Press.
Articles: Winstanley, D., Clark, J. and Leeson. H. 2002. 'Approaches to child labour in the supply chain.' Business Ethics: a European Review, 11:3, 210-223.
Here is the link to the author guidelines:

The closest I have found is the "Business Research" format style.
Hope this helps

Next note: in your example is "In Ghoshal, S. and Westney, E. (Eds.)," but I see "In C. Cowton & R. Crisp (Eds.)," in the instruction for authors ("&" instead of "and"). Now I do not know how could be coded "&" for two authors and "and" for more than authors.
