The closest I have found is the "Business Research" format style.

Hope this helps

Please provide the formatting for exactly the two references requested at that link.
  • Here is the exact formatting of the two references. I have also included a third for an edited book. Thanks

dohreen, please read instruction in link above and put here examples of references for Campbell & Pedersen and Mares. Thanks
  • Here are two more sample references. Please let me know if you need more information. Thanks.

  • @dohreen: we can see the correct reference for Campbell and Pedersen article and for Mares chapter in the book from https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/wiki/Requesting-Styles. Please read the instruction for requesting style carefully, it saves the time for all.

Next note: in your example is "In Ghoshal, S. and Westney, E. (Eds.)," but I see "In C. Cowton & R. Crisp (Eds.)," in the instruction for authors ("&" instead of "and"). Now I do not know how could be coded "&" for two authors and "and" for more than authors.
  • Thank you for catching that error. The original post came directly from the BEER website. It looks like it's a mistake on their part. Please use 'and' not '&'. As you can see from the example below, even with two or more authors 'and' is consistently used. I hope this helps and my apologies for the inconvenience.
