  • Are you sure with this examples? If I see the Instruction for authors and some open access articles from this journal then I see total chaos in styles of references.
  • Puttingin the CSE style would be great also (the manual can be found at https://web.archive.org/web/20131011234750/http://bcs.bedfordstmartins.com/resdoc5e/index.htm)
  • also, citation formats for course notes and lectures would be very useful
