PDF wont save when saving

Trying to save using proquest and I keep getting an (red "X")error next to "full text pdf" I have tried updating every possible thing.

Firefox.
Zotero.
Adobe Reader.

Tried uninstall and re-install of all as well.
  • Does anyone have a number or direct contact to Zotero?
  • You're in the right place for getting support for Zotero. There's no phone-based support.

    We'll need a Report ID to start, as well as the exact URL you're saving from and either a permalink or steps to get to your search results.
  • in addition, I'd also want to know if you're using Zotero Standalone, and if so, if you have that open when you try saving and if closing it makes a difference.
