Debugging Corrupted (Doc) File, I assume

I am using Zotero along with the plugin for LibreOffice. Everything was working fine while editing a doc file, but now when I go to add or edit a citation the toolbar comes up but never closes and the changes are never save to the document. Or when I try to open the document preferences it just switches focuses to Firefox. I've uploaded an error report, #1594876115, and please let me know if there is any other information I can provide to assist troubleshooting.
