Ubuntu 16.04 trouble

Hello, I have used Zotero on Ubuntu 15.04, however, when trying it on 16.04 it does not work. It installs finely on the system as the Firefox pluging, and opens the library database. However in Libre Office Writer, when one pushes the Zotero buttons, nothing happens.

How can I trouble shoot this to supply you with a concrete report for the bug?
