Upgrade Storageincompatible with 1.03b?
I downloaded 1.04b. But still plugin send a "incompatible with 1.03b" message.

snoopsimonHow did you figure out? I have the same problem. Just that I am using a Chinese Word 2000 on a Chinese XP.

adamsmithsnoop - lots of things could be going on - did you install correctly (the Chinese version needs manual install!). Have you restarted your computer?

snoopsimonadam - Yes, I installed manually and restarted the Word, and it did not work. Even when the computer was restarted, it still failed. I have no idea whether I have to remove the older version in order to get the new working or not, but there is no way to erase the old one, as far as I know. Do you have any suggestions?
