    There's a good chance it won't help, but could you install the latest 4.0 Beta and see if that makes a difference? If not, you can reinstall the latest version from the main download page.

    A few people have reported this problem with Firefox 46, but we haven't been able to reproduce it, so we're trying to narrow down the possible causes.

    when i reinstall the latest version from the main download page. It seems work for a while. The progress bar loading for a while. After that it shows the error again. report id:18133828

    We would have to see a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that produced the error.

    When i do it this time. the sync seems work.
