How to manually give a note a title?

How on earth do I give a note a title?

I am using Zotero for Firefox.

    you can't. Zotero just treats the first line (or the first x characters if the line is too long) as a title.

    Well, some of mine have no title? How is that? They consist of copy-pasted text from another document.

    Likely long html at the top? Check how they look in html view.
