lost library

I had to reset Firefox and afterwards I could not find Zotero.
I downloaded a new Zotero, but my libraries of thousands of records have disappeared. Please don't tell me they are lost forever! I have looked where the Firefox files are stored and searched for the library names but ....

    No, they are not lost, they are still in your old Firefox profile (probably) :)
