Zotero Standalone isn't syncing properly after installing Better Bibtex. The base folder is a network mapped drive that seemed to be ok before I added it.

dstillmanIf the problem goes away after uninstalling BBT, you'd have to report that to Emiliano, the BBT developer, on GitHub.
