PDF not downloading from JSTOR
Since the change to the Zotero button in Chrome, citations from JSTOR are not being downloaded with a copy of the PDF article. An example case:
http://www.jstor.org/stable/2775210?seq=1#page_scan_tab_contents
I can still manually download PDFs and attach them to the citation, but obviously the scenario where a full citation + the PDF were scraped was much more efficient.
I am using Zotero v. 4.0.28.7, and Chrome v. 49.0.2623.110

I don't think this should be affected by the recent changes in the Chrome connector at all (and works for me)
Citation does not pull the PDF from this page (http://www.jstor.org/stable/2775210?seq=1#page_scan_tab_contents) or from the PDF after having clicked through "Download PDF" and getting to a standalone PDF in the Chrome browser (http://www.jstor.org/stable/pdf/2775210.pdf).
Beyond that, run through:
https://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues
as relevant. I'd also be curious whether you get a PDF shown in the Saving to Zotero popup (and then a red x before it) or no sign of a PDF at all.
I did, however, manage to update Chrome, which seemed to fix the issue. For documentation's sake, I was getting the saving PDF text in the pop-up, but then a red X would appear. Now it seems to be saving correctly. <shrug>
