error processing uploaded data

my Report ID is 90ee75d8. I'm getting the "error processing uploaded data" message and sync is failing on other machines. I got this after adding a wikipedia article, a word document and a powerpoint presentation as attachments. I am using a WebDAV server for attachment storage.

    I was able to sync by deleting the entry and then re-adding the entry and the two attachments (stored as copies.) Any idea what happened here?
