All ScienceDirect "Save to Zotero" not working

For a few weeks now, since I have been actively using Zotero, ScienceDirect pages will not save. All websites I have tried worked.

Is an example one I can not get to work right now.

I have tried all of the troubleshooting things as of weeks ago, still no sign of improvement.

    as it applies. Step 11 asks for a bunch of additional information, so if none of the rest helps, please provide all of that.
