Upgrade Storagerefresh bibiography not working in wor for mac
I am having trouble refreshing the bibliography in my word document when I make changes to citations in Zotero Standalone. I am using word for mac 2011 (14.4.8) and Firefox to import citations (have downloaded Zoetero add on for Firefox).
I got a message saying: "Zotero is not able to refresh your document - database closed" or something similar (can't remember the exact phrase). I have tried restarting both programmes but to no avail. Help much appreciated.

adamsmithTry deleting and re-inserting the bibliography, see if that works. Make sure to grab a line at the beginning and end of the bibliography to get all embedded code when deleting.

adamsmithpretty much, yes. Once Word fields get corrupted, that's the only feasible way to go. Should be pretty quick though, or why are you concerned about that?

DWL-SDCADeleting and re-inserting the bibliography should only be necessary one time. The bib should refresh properly after this one corrective measure.
