Footnote continues on next page

Hi everyone,

I am using Zotero in its newest version, in connection with Microsoft Word, also in its newest version. I use the citation style "Chicago Manual of Style 16th edition (full note, no Ibid.)".

When I have a couple of footnotes on one page, at some point, the last footnote just continues on the next page!

How can I resolve this problem? The footnote should start and finish on the same page...

    That's a Word issue, Zotero has nothing to do with that (it just tells Word to insert footnotes). It's a pretty well-known issue and I believe there are settings to adjust that behavior which you should be able to google easily enough.

    Thank you, you were right! I figured it out.

    For anyone with the same problem:
    - change to draft view
    - in references tab, show footnotes
    - change preferences in the notes for all footnotes
