Had a note file that I think was too big (not sure why). Anyway, I deleted it but computer based zotero is refusing to sync and web-based library has none of the additions since this problem arose. Can you suggest how to get computer zotero to sync with web? (I've tried restarting zotero).

    Empty your trash. But first upgrade to the latest version of Zotero — you're using a very out-of-date version. More recent versions provide a button when you get that error message to take you to the note in question.

    I had the uptodate version of Zotero and it did provide a clue as to which note was causing the problem but I thought I had deleted it and I had emptied the computer's trash... I have so many collections that it took me a while to find Zotero's trash... and when I found that and emptied it, the syncing could now work!
