I have the latest Firefox version 33.03 and the latest Zotero version, 4.0.23.1 for Firefox but when I want to open Zotero pane by clicking on the Zotero sign, Firefox crashes; I have Kaspersky virus protection which I disabled in TOOLS ---ADD ONS but didn't help
