I rely really heavily on zotero and these last few months have been a disaster, two issues:

1. In Firefox I keep getting the message that Zotero cannot be downloaded because it is not compatible with Firefox 27....but my firefox is up to date...don't know what to do?

2. I have posted this before but no responses -for the last ten weeks anytime I use zotero in Chrome it says - http://www.technologyreview.com/getinsider/pricing/

Doesn't matter if I use it on a PC or a MAC for #2....it just won't work with Chrome at all...which is a problem because everything at my university is optimized for Chrome.
