HELP!!! With firefox 43 I lost/cannot find my library

Please somebody help me!
I up to dated firefox on 17/12/2015 (I always use chrome, and I only use Firefox to work with zotero).
Today I was looking for the zotero button and I didn´t find it, so I picked the zotero plug-in...But now, my library does not appear.
I have a fold on my mac called "Old firefox data" with a zotero folder, which was automatically created when firefox up to dated.
What should I do to get my library back?

    That wasn't an ordinary update: Firefox reset itself (and almost certainly it asked your permission first). Anyway, it's an easy enough fix:
